Perilona Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We hope you love every Perilona piece. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Original tags must remain attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, alterations, or washing will not be accepted.

Return Fee

A flat $8 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount for all approved returns.

This fee helps cover return shipping, inspection, and processing costs.

Exchanges

We currently offer free exchanges for:

  • Size exchanges

  • Color exchanges (subject to availability)

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be offered.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift Cards

  • Promotional giveaways

  • Items marked "Non-Returnable"

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Return Process

Step 1

Submit a return request through our Returns Portal or contact our support team.

Step 2

Once approved, you'll receive return instructions.

Step 3

Ship the item back within the specified timeframe.

Step 4

After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
